Oakdale Consulting is a boutique recruiting and human resources consulting firm that specializes in technical and professional direct hire recruitment, primarily in engineering and construction.   The firm offers recruitment consulting services to employers in the Durham Region and beyond.  We also have the ability to recruit both nationwide and internationally.    

Oakdale Consulting was founded by Elaine Daniels, who has over 25 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience and is passionate about helping companies connect with top talent.  Elaine’s experience includes senior level human resources and recruiting leadership roles in the engineering sector.
